Speaker’s Name: Bo Strömberg Organisation: Unit for disposal of radioactive waste, Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) Function/position in the organisation: Bo Stromberg is an analyst specializing in safety assessment for geological disposal of radioactive wastes. He is mainly reviewing issues related to groundwater chemistry and radionuclide chemistry. He is also working with the implementation of SSM’s regulatory requirements related to repository long-term safety and radiation protection, and is current coordinating ongoing efforts in that area. Training/Education: M. Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Ph. D. in Inorganic Chemistry
