Biography

Ville Koskinen works as R&D engineer at Fortum Power and Heat Oy. Based in Espoo, Finland, he has worked in his current position for five years. He got his M.Sc degree in energy and enviromental science from Lappeenranta university of Technology in 2008. He is a member of Finnish Nuclear Society. His main area of expertise is research and development of technical solutions for KBS3 tunnel backfill installation challenges. For last three years he has been involved in water inflow handling during the installation of backfill project, which is the subject of his presentation.
