Biography

As a nuclear engineer, Mr. Bland has lead his firm to be one of the nations leading providers of high level waste solutions for the commercial and government owners. They have provided construction, regulations consulting, facility development, and facility operations services for all available storage technologies. Their work includes packaging and management of spent fuel as well as high level waste in wet storage. In addition, Mr. Bland has an expertise in designing and constructing commercial power stations including new generation technologies such as the AP1000 and several new generation conceptual facilities.
