Biography

Gerard Peplinskie is the Operations Field Leader working in the Tile Hole Investigation and Stabilization section of the Decommissioning and Waste Management Division of Atomic Energy of Canada. He is the primarily responsible for supervising and performing field tasks related to stabilizing and preparing legacy fuels on the Chalk River site for transfer to a new Packaging and Storage Facility. Gerard has over 22 years of nuclear experience in Operations, Radiation Protection, Training and Waste Management. Gerard attended the University of Toronto as an undergraduate in Chemical Engineering.
