Andrey VARLAKOV is a Head of Department of Spent Nuclear Fuel, Radioactive Waste Management and Decommissioning Center of A. A. Bochvar Research Institute. I am Doctor of Science, Professor. I have more than 150 papers on various fields of management and treatment of radioactive waste published in Russia and abroad. In 1986, I graduated from the Moscow Mendeleev Institute of Chemistry and Technology (Russian University of Chemistry and Technology).
