Biography
Kapil Goyal retired from the Los Alamos National Laboratory’s Plutonium Facility as an R&D Engineer 4. He led a variety of projects in the areas of low level mixed waste, transuranic waste, and facilities management. Prior to joining the Laboratory in 1992, Kapil managed municipal projects for nine years, and was in private consulting for five years.
