Biography

Oleg Mansurov is an Executive Director of the Nuclear Facility Decommissioning Association (Association AVERO). He holds a MS in nuclear engineering from Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology, as well as BS in economics from HIgher School of Economics. He has more than 15 years of experience in the nuclear industry. In the past he worked for a number of Russian nuclear industry organizations and companies. He has been working the last few years on decommissioning and dismantlement of nuclear facilities and sites which are the subject of his presentation at the panel session.
