Biography

Master Degree in Health Physics, Certified Health Physicist in 1982. Licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in 1990. Worked at three operating reactor site, SONGS, Palo Verde and Columbia Generating Station. Spent a year at INPO as a training and simulator evaluator. Radiation Protection Manager at Humboldt Bay Power Plant since 1998. Holder of a US Patent on the remote encapsulation of hazardous materials. Proud father of two sons.
