Biography

Christopher J. Honkomp, PE US Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management Director of Procurement Planning (EM-51) Chris Honkomp serves as the Director of the Office of Project Assessment within the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management (EM). As a member of the Senior Executive Service, he is responsible for developing guidance and executing policies and procedures affecting EM’s project management efforts, as well as conducting peer reviews and Earned Value Management System reviews. He has also served as the Director, Office of Procurement Planning. Prior to joining DOE, Mr. Honkomp served for 26 years in the US Navy acquisition
