Biography

Paul Henry is the Principal Associate Director for the Capital Projects PAD (PADCAP) at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Capital Projects provides oversight of project management, infrastructure planning, and site projects. Additionally, PADCAP is responsible for the identification and remediation of environmental hazards associated with Laboratory operations, ensuring the protection of the environment and the public. Paul is a Bechtel senior manager with over 32 years of construction, engineering, and enterprise management experience. Mr. Henry has managed the progress and/or completion of numerous major projects in the United States and abroad. Most recently he was the project manager for the design, construction, operation and closure of the Pueblo Chemical-Agent Destruction Pilot Plant
