Biography

Desi Crouther is the Director of the Office of Human Capital for the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management. Prior to joining DOE in 2008, Mr. Crouther worked for over 20 years with the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Crouther began his federal career as a co-op student with the U.S. Geological Survey. His career also includes assignments with the Office of Management and Budget and EPA’s Gulf of Mexico Program Office. He has extensive experience leading the development of policies, guidance, and strategies involving major environmental issues; directing the development of innovative approaches for enhancing program performance; promoting partnerships
