Biography

Ms. Powell has more than 30 years of Federal Service in both the Department of Interior and Department of Energy. Her experience is in program and project management of large demolition, remediation, and site transition projects. She has worked for Defense Programs, Environmental Management, and Legacy Management. From 2006 thru 2013, Ms. Powell was the LM Site Manager for the Fernald Preserve. Most recently, Ms. Powell has accepted a position within the Office of Legacy Management as the Planning, Budget, and Acquisition Team Lead, located in Washington DC.
