Biography

Charlie Vallance is President of UESI. UESI is an engineering services and maintenance contractor specializing in services for commercial nuclear power plants and decommissioning. He has over 30 years experience in commercial diving and the development and management of technical programs, underwater maintenance, remote tool deployment, and training programs for the nuclear industry. UESI has participated in variety of decommission projects including the segmentation of four steam generators.
