Rick Rast, P.E BS civil engineering - University of Tennessee Currently pursuing MS civil engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Rick previously worked on surface facility design for the proposed geological repository at Yucca Mountain. Currently, Rick works for WRPS as the civil/structural engineer for Hanford tank integrity.
