Biography

Joan Miller is Vice-President of Decommissioning & Waste Management for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Limited (CNL).* CNL’s Decommissioning & Waste Management unit has responsibility for the delivery of the Government of Canada programs for nuclear legacy liabilities and low-level radioactive historic wastes, management of operational wastes at CNL’s Chalk River Laboratories site, and development of the technical capabilities for decommissioning, waste management and environmental remediation activities required to support Canada's nuclear science and technology programs now and in the future.
