Biography

Graduated with a PhD in Electrochemistry from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1982, and then went to work at the Whiteshell Laboratories of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited in Pinawa, Manitoba, to investigate corrosion of used fuel waste disposal containers. In 2006 he joined the Faculty of Energy Systems and Nuclear Science at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Oshawa, Ontario.
