Biography

Henry Rabski graduated with a bachelor of engineering degree from Laurentian University in 1980 and is a registered professional engineer in the Province of Ontario. After graduation, Henry spent 6 years in the private sector before joining the Province of Ontario in the regulation of industrial and municipal facilities and later as coordinator of mineral development projects. For the past fifteen years, Henry has been employed by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission in the area of decommissioning and nuclear facilities regulation. Since 2009, he has occupied the position of Director of the Operations Inspections Division responsible for the regulatory compliance of nuclear substance users across Canada.
