Biography

Dave graduated from Cornell University with a chemical engineering degree in 1981. He served for eight years as a nuclear-trained officer on the USS Daniel Webster and as a special assistant to the Director, Naval Sea Systems Command, Submarine Directorate. Dave received a Master of Engineering Administration from The George Washington University in 1989 and joined SAIC. At SAIC, he spent two years in Paris, France, supporting activities at the Nuclear Energy Agency. Dave joined DOE in 1991 and served in several areas: international programs, high-level waste R&D, complex-wide planning and integration, technology deployment, and policy and guidance for long-term
