Biography

Ellen has been employed at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)since 1991. She is currently the division director for the Tank Farms Program Division and the federal project director for Tank Farms Base Operations and Projects. While at DOE, Ellen has held positions as a project manager at Tank Farms, lead negotiator with the state and federal regulators for the Tri?Party Agreement, and environmental compliance. She was the federal project director for RL?0011 Plutonium Finishing Plant Closure Project at the Richland Operations Office. Prior to DOE, Ellen worked on research projects for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Kimberly, Idaho and the U.S. Bureau of Mines. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
