Biography

Grover Hettel is the Vice President, Operations at the Columbia Generating Station nuclear facility for Energy Northwest in Richland Washington. Energy Northwest is a joint operating agency that produces reliable, affordable, environmentally responsible electric power and delivers it to Northwest public power utilities at the cost of production. The agency owns and operates four electricity generating facilities: White Bluffs Solar Station, Packwood Lake Hydroelectric Project, Nine Canyon Wind Project and Columbia Generating Station (nuclear energy facility). Grover has over 31 years of power plant commissioning, operations and maintenance, engineering and management experience in both nuclear and fossil power generation.
