Biography

Mr Spangenberg started his career with studies in agriculture where he got a B. Sc in Agriculture economics at the University of Agricultural Science. The interest in agricultural questions and challenges lead him to be an agricultural adviser for swedish agriculture in a ten-year period and further to the agriculture issues in African countries. It lead him and his family to Uganda several times for work to be done. His political believes are with the center party in Sweden and he has been the mayor and chairman of the executive board of the municipality of Östhammars since 2007.
