Abstract

The handgrip is a vehicle accessory that functions as a grip for bus passengers who do not get a seat to maintain their balance while the bus is driving. Currently, the hand grips available on these buses are indeed comfortable for users who have the right height to hold the hand grips. However, the handgrip position is considered too high and makes it very difficult for people with short stature to find a grip on the bus. Based on these complaints, we created a product design to help people who have difficulty using existing hand grips. The multifunctional Bus Handgrip that we have designed has the advantage that the user can adjust the handgrip length according to the user's height. Multifunctional Bus Handgrip products have been designed using several aspects without changing the main function of the product. In addition, we also focus on the feasibility analysis and planning of PT Trans Sejahtera Tbk as the producer of the Multifunction Bus Hand Grip. Through the analysis carried out, it is hoped that PT Trans Sejahtera Tbk can meet the standards and feasibility of producing and marketing the Multifunction Bus Handgrip correctly and by applicable regulations.
