Abstract
This research is related to the existence of problems in the quality of health services in Indonesia related to the quality of health services that do not comply with health service standards. This study aims to design a relationship between organizational culture, work discipline, and service quality from patient satisfaction, increasing the quality of health services. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses path analysis techniques. This study's data will be processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The sample used in this study is to take the entire population, namely the sampling technique of 100 patients, to provide opportunities for patients as respondents to answer systematically to obtain data. The results showed that: 1. The application of organizational culture has a direct effect on patient satisfaction. 2. Enforcement of work discipline directly impacts patient satisfaction. 3. Quality of service directly impacts patient satisfaction. 4. The application of organizational culture directly affects the quality of health services. 5. Enforcement of work discipline has a positive effect on the quality of health services. 6. The application of organizational culture indirectly impacts patient satisfaction through health services quality. 7. Enforcement of work discipline has an indirect impact on patient satisfaction through the quality of health services that the improvement of service quality can have a positive effect on consistent application of organizational discipline on increasing patient satisfaction.
