Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of counseling on students 'social attitudes, the impact of infrastructure on students' social attitudes, the impact of counseling services on learning achievement, the impact of infrastructure on learning achievement, the influence of social attitudes on learning achievement, the impact of counseling services on learning achievement through social attitudes, and the impact of infrastructure on learning achievement through social perspectives at UPT 22 Senior High School Makassar. This research was conducted at UPT 22 Senior High School Makassar, Makassar City, from July to September 2019. The study used was ex post facto with a population of 670 classes XI and XII. Sampling using a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 students. The data collection tool used a questionnaire or questionnaire technique. The analytical method used is the path analysis method to ascertain the effect of counseling guidance services and infrastructure on learning achievement through students' social attitudes. The data analysis technique used is correlation and multiple regression. The results showed that the direct effect of counseling guidance services on social attitudes had a positive impact. The direct effects of infrastructure on social attitudes have a negative impact. The immediate impact of counseling guidance services on learning achievement has an insignificant impact and has no real impact on learning achievement. The direct effects of infrastructure on learning achievement have a positive effect. The direct effect of social attitudes on learning achievement has a positive effect. The indirect effect of counseling services on learning achievement through social perspectives has a positive effect. The indirect effect of infrastructure on learning achievement through social attitudes has a negative effect. The total effect of counseling guidance services can improve learning achievement and facilities, and infrastructure can increase learning achievement through a combination of direct and indirect effects.
