Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of nurses' therapeutic communication, knowledge, and attitudes on inpatient satisfaction at Labuang Baji General Hospital in Makassar City. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The study population was all inpatients at the General Hospital Labuang Baji in Makassar City, with 155 people per day. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 112 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Therapeutic communication has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction. 2) Knowledge has a positive and significant impact on inpatient satisfaction. 3) Attitude has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction. 4) Therapeutic communication, knowledge, attitudes have positive and significant effects on inpatients' joy at Labuang Baji General Hospital, Makassar City.
