The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education level and behavior on a clean and healthy lifestyle, both directly and indirectly through quality. This type of research used in this research is associative research. The research site is located in the Madello Health Center, Barru Regency. The sample used the census method, where the entire population was sampled in the study as many as 72 employees. In conducting statistical testing, it uses path analysis. The results showed that education had a positive and significant effect on quality in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency. The behavior has a positive and significant impact on quality in the Madello Health Center, Barru Regency. The education level has a positive and significant effect on a healthy lifestyle in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency. The behavior has a positive and significant impact on a healthy lifestyle in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency. Quality has a positive and significant effect on a healthy lifestyle in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency. The education level has a positive and significant impact on a healthy lifestyle through quality in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency. The behavior positively and significantly affects a healthy lifestyle through grades in the Madello Community Health Center, Barru Regency.
