Abstract

This study aims 1. To analyze the effect of Puskesmas Planning on Motivation at Bara-baraya Health Center in Makassar City, 2. To investigate the Mini-Workshop impact on motivation at the Bara-baraya Health Center in Makassar City, 3. To analyze Puskesmas Planning on Employee Performance at Bara Health Center -baraya Makassar City, 4. To investigate the Mini Workshop's effect on Employee Performance in the Makassar City Bara-baraya Health Center, 5. To analyze the influence of motivation on performance at the Bara-baraya Puskesmas, Makassar City 6. To study Puskesmas Planning on Employee Performance through Motivation at Puskesmas Bara-baraya, Makassar City 7. To analyze the impact of the Mini-Workshop on Employee Performance through Motivation at the Puskesmas Bara-baraya Makassar City. This research was conducted at the Bara-baraya Community Health Center in Makassar City. The sample used a total sampling method. That is, all members of the population are used as samples. The number of pieces was 56 respondents at the Bara-baraya Community Health Center in Makassar City. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis performed was multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that (1) Puskesmas planning has a positive and significant effect directly on motivation at the Bara-baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City. (2) The Mini-Workshop has a negative and insignificant direct impact on motivation at the Bara-baraya Community Health Center in Makassar City. (3) Motivation has positive and significant direct effects on Employee Performance in Makassar City Bara-baraya. (4) Puskesmas planning has a positive and significant effect directly on employee performance at the Bara-baraya Community Health Center in Makassar City. (5) Mini-Workshop has a positive and significant impact presently on Employee Performance in Puskesmas Bara-baraya Makassar City. (6) Puskesmas planning does not affect employee performance through motivation at the Bara-baraya Puskesmas in Makassar City. (7) Mini-Workshop does not affect Employee Performance through Motivation at Puskesmas Bara-baraya Makassar City.
