Several studies have explained that the implementation of E-learning in universities has been widely implemented and has provided many benefits, such as providing effectiveness and efficiency in the learning process. However, based on observations in several universities that have not implemented e-learning, it is constrained by the cost of making an e-learning system and the infrastructure needed to support e-learning implementation. The purpose of this paper is to help universities implement e-learning at a relatively low cost and flexible.
