Abstract
This study is based on the large number of small and medium enterprises in the application of Total Quality Management (TQM). The lack of standardization or clarity of the quality system used in SMEs is rather an obstacle for SMEs in maintaining the management system. the purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) to small and small industries in the food sector. After knowing the implementation result of Total Quality Management (TQM) in small and medium industry in food industry. The methodology used is taking primary data with questionnaires. This study is an empirical study using population study techniques or often referred to as census techniques in the data. The resulting data will be processed by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The limitation research is the small and medium industries in the food indutries.
