Abstract

Abstract

In any organization Innovation is one of the elements that have transformed the business in recent decades. Consequently, the organization must have a suitable organizational structure with explicit orientations and commitment to innovation. UAE has arisen as a country with a resilient awareness and encouraging approach towards innovation. The vision of UAE government is to become one of the most initiative governments by the year 2021. Therefore, this study is designed to analyze the current innovation practices in UAE. To achieve this goal, quantitative methods were applied involving 387 represent the staff working in Ministry of community development (MOCD). The study revealed that adopting innovation practices in public sector will improve the performance of human capital. The study concludes that the development of human capital is significantly associated with innovation management and practices.
