Abstract
Development Plan for Osaka Riverview Apartment located in PIK 2 - Jl. Kyai Tapa, Salembaran Jaya Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency, is expected to be able to attract traffic that affects the performance of the roads around the location. Therefore to calculate the magnitude of the impact of the Apartment plan on the existing road, it is necessary to conduct a Traffic Impact Analysis, so that if an estimated traffic impact arises then the impact is expected to be minimized by providing appropriate solutions. This study aims to analyze the impact after the construction of the Apartment and the performance of the road section in the Apartment, this study uses a reference to the Indonesia Road Capacity Manual 1997. In 2019 conditions for the performance of the Highway Dadap access to the construction site has a V / C Ratio of 0.75 and has a road segment speed of 39.06 km / hour with Level of Service E. In the year 2022 with the Construction of Apartment V / C Ratio of the Dadap Highway has increased to 0.80 and has a road segment speed of 36.73 km / hour with Level of Service E. And when in 2027 with the same treatment (do Something) as in 2020 and there is access in the form of a Toll road, then the V / C Ratio of the Dadap Highway is 0.70 and has a velocity road at 36.22 km / h with Level of Service E.
