Abstract

Abstract

Notary services are intimate in the business world. The notary's office is the point of contact between the notary and the client, indicating the notary's performance and trust with the customer. A notary might decorate or style their office to project an impression of dependability and confidence. This study's approach begins with the distribution of a questionnaire to twenty respondents. Then, using the data gathered, proceed to evaluate it in order to redesign the entire office. This research will explore the design elements necessary to promote client trust and the notary's office's concept, as well as its performance. The design incorporates smart home technologies intending to increase security in the office, which houses all of the documents. The materials are chosen depending on the atmosphere, warmth, and functionality required to accomplish the desired design.
