Abstract

The aim of this work is to develop an internet-based and fuzzy control system of an industrial process plant that can ensure the remote running and fuzzy control of a cement factory. Cases studies applied in three cement factories in Algeria, SCAEK (Setif), SCIMAT (Batna), and SCT (Tebessa). The remote process control consists of diagnosing alarms generated during the running of workshops, maintain and synchronize different regulation loops that will ensure the automatic running. In addition, fuzzy control of the kiln and the two mills ensures that the system is operational at all times, with minimal downtime. The process control system contains different operators stations, alarm table and trends analysis process. The operator can execute any operation according to his authentication access configured by user administration. The Internet technology used to save human security, by avoiding operators to be all the time in the site for maintenance. In addition, when there is a breakdown, it is not necessary to send out an expert to diagnose and solve the problem. These trips are difficult to organize (costs, visas, risks). So reduce downtimes and travel costs. The process control based programming on PCS 7, Cemat library and FuzzyControl++ Siemens tools, in order to realize a process control system guided by operators in the main control room or by using Internet.
