The study has a basis of digital companies currently experiencing poor work interaction which leads to increased employee turnover in the Philippines. This shortcoming hinders the ability of organizations to be productive and competitive which can also be defined as performance deficiency. In light of this, the study pursued its objective by identifying a model instrument that would fit for organizational use in determining the impact of adopting AI and utilize AI as a part of upskilling and reskilling its employees. By adopting and utilizing confirmed constructs from Technology Acceptance Model and Organizational Support Theory, the study determined the reliability of combined models and how well they fit each other through confirmatory factor analysis. The findings would suggest how well can the organizations adopt AI into their workforce through the utilization of the modified Technology Acceptance Model and determine the effectiveness of generative AI in improving employee productivity and workplace interaction.
