Abstract

The industries serve as the fundamental basis of the economy. Conversely, at times it incurs significant losses due to insufficient utilization of technology. Continuous manufacturing is facilitated by the use of coolers and boilers. Merely setting the temperature accurately does not prevent the possibility of overheating and consequent harm to the product. The continuation of this will ultimately result in a significant reduction in industrial output. An effective solution to address this problem is the use of big data approach and processing, together with automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and networking, often known as IoT (Internet of Things). The objective of this project was to develop a real-time data dashboard for the purpose of gathering and displaying the outcomes of big data automation. Advancements in programming and machine learning enabled the creation of a switchboard that utilized AI (Artificial Intelligence) for monitoring the state of the machine. An artificial intelligence system was created to notify the responsible party automatically of any possible harm. In order to prevent unintended harm, the system provides the user with the capability to manually power down the equipment.
