Abstract
This paper explores the adaptation of Agile methodologies within engineering environments and their impact on project success. Agile, traditionally used in software development, has seen growing interest in engineering projects due to its potential for enhancing flexibility, improving team collaboration, and delivering higher quality outcomes. This study examines the unique challenges faced by engineering teams in adopting Agile and identifies best practices to facilitate a successful transition. Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies analysis, we provide insights into how Agile can be effectively integrated into engineering projects to achieve improved project performance.
