Abstract

Abstract. This disquisition concentrates on the optimization on the Reusable reverse logistics management, in order to preserve the optimal amount of the investment for the establishment of Multi-purpose reusable packaging through insight utilization of the Industry 4.0 Technology such as Internet of Things (IOT) and Big Data Analytics as a coherent tool for managing and analyzing as support for the future and super-fast decision making and action. The correlation between the acquired concepts from the Industry 4.0 tolls in relation to the amount of capital invested, accomplishing significant to the assessment of outcome and vital arrangement of the company. The progress of the optimization is guided by any means of data gathering and data sharing with an engineering through process enhancement which target to determine feasible ways and protocols that can be followed and evaluated for the creation of the target management model and denote feasible process and operations that can be imitate and evaluated for the proper future logistics optimization.
