Abstract
This research studied a multi-echelon sustainable supply chain network design problem (SSCNDP) with three objectives: economic, environmental, and social. This study used a pharmaceutical supply chain as a case study to construct a corresponding mathematical model and applied a fuzzy multi-objective approach to solve the proposed multi-objective SSCNDP using IBM ILOG CPLEX software. The results show that the proposed methodology can solve the SSCNDP through numerical testing cases. Furthermore, this study performed several sensitivity analyses for key parameters and discussed their results. The findings of this study could help managers make better decisions on their SSCNDP.
