This study presents a novel framework aimed at modernizing the traditional manual office and administrative operations within Philippine Army Battalions. By leveraging secure electronic and automated systems through online web and mobile applications, this framework seeks to revolutionize operational efficiency while ensuring data security.

Unlike existing platforms, the design of this framework integrates encrypted radio interfaces, enabling seamless interoperability with current systems. This integration is poised to maximize the utilization of sophisticated military radios, each valued at over a million pesos.

The implementation of this framework yielded significant results, showcasing a remarkable 50% increase in administrative and office operation efficiency within Philippine Army battalions. Moreover, it promises enhanced security measures, safeguarding critical documents and operational processes. This abstract highlights the transformative potential of this project in optimizing resource utilization and enhancing operational capabilities within military environments.
