This study examines the impact of digital literacy and social media engagement on the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Digital literacy is crucial for MSMEs to enhance productivity and competitiveness through digital platforms and social media. Social media helps MSMEs expand their market reach, improve customer interaction, and promote products effectively. However, many MSMEs face challenges in utilizing social media due to a lack of understanding and skills. This study uses descriptive methods and content analysis to identify factors influencing digital literacy and social media engagement and their impact on MSME sustainability. The study concludes that digital literacy and social media engagement significantly affect MSME sustainability and provides practical recommendations for improving digital literacy and optimizing social media use as part of MSME marketing strategies.
