Abstract
Increased development of telecommunication industry, including telecommunication tower provider companies require them finishing construction of the tower in accordance with the customers demand. Business Process Reengineering methodology used to shorten the time of the procurement with the help of the IDEF0 method, mapping the process through interviews and Focus group discussions with six experts. With Elimination, Simplify, Integration, Automation method, this research resulted in As-Is and To-Be processes in project procurement and construction of the tower can be shorten processing time up to fourty percent
