Quality assurance main aim is to do regular and continuous assessment of the general project to meet quality standards. The quality management system ISO 9001 also helps manufacturing companies to ensure that they comply with satisfactory production procedures and other relevant management measures. The scope of this research was limited to quality management in the manufacturing sector (manufacturing plant and warehouses) and employee participation in the introduction of QMS. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data was gathered and analyzed using quantitative techniques. This indicates that the data was collected using a well-designed questionnaire.
