Abstract

The following article had the objective of making a proposal for a new concept called "Concrete Walls", which refers to the inefficiencies and inefficiencies experienced by women victims of violence to receive justice and support from the Public Policies of the State. Based on the statistics of the different types of violence and the number of women who have experienced them; in addition to the low cases that were formally denounced; highlighting that the victims have a lack of confidence towards the justice systems, a lack of knowledge of the same formal complaint processes and the late times to obtain results. Therefore, it would be opportune for a best diffusion and optimal adjustments in the current Public Policies for a better support to the victims.
