Abstract

Organizational change is a challenge for any company seeking to improve performance in a competitive marketplace. A key factor for improving the performance of a company is the recruitment of competent employees. In 2020, and more specifically since the coronavirus crisis, the whole world has begun to move towards remote working, whether individual or collective, due to its well-known advantages, such as reduced costs and working time. In this respect, for any company that wants to evaluate in a solid way the competences of candidates for the desired positions, with a reduction in costs and time, virtual recruitment will be an ideal solution. In this article, we propose an Assessment Center model named Assessment Center QualPosition, that assess quality-related competences that enables companies to evaluate and select candidates remotely while dealing with the subjectivity of qualitative assessment. This approach is based on the assessment center model, the fuzzy 2-tuple representation model and the degree of similarity.Organizational change is a challenge for any company seeking to improve performance in a competitive marketplace.
