Abstract
The purpose of the study is to find the effect of master production scheduling (MPS) requirements on blood transfusion sustainability (BTS). Data was collected from 213 respondents of regional and transfusing staff of government university teaching hospital blood banks using a self-administered questionnaire. Simple random sampling was used to draw the sample. Finally, a model including MPS requirements and BTS was validated with a path analysis. The results of the study showed a positive significant effect of MPS requirements on BTSwith a predicition rate of 27.1% and in the 95% confidence level.
