Implementing the right work quality program through fair career development opportunities, conducting proper supervision and working relationships, providing compensation, benefits and rewards in accordance with the salary market and 3Ps as well as managing and guaranteeing working conditions and environment is very important, thus the company is expected to can retain the best employees, so that employee turnover is small, commitment, loyalty and optimal performance will be generated by employees.
