Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of human relations on employees' work ethic at PT. The population in this study was 135 employees at PT. Dwira Masagena Sampling was done using a simple random sampling technique, using a saturated sample, i.e., the entire population was sampled. For a month, the questionnaires were circulated using the google form application as many as 135 respondents who filled out the complete return of the questionnaire and data analysis using Path Analysis (path analysis) processed using SPSS Amos software. The results obtained are: " (1) human relations (relationships between humans) have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees at PT. Dwira Masagena, (2) Physical environmental conditions have a positive and significant effect on work ethic, and (3) work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dwira Masagena, (4) human relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dwira Masagena, (5) the condition of the physical environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT.
