Abstract

Managerial level in a company Mining Industry has an important role in carrying out its duties and responsibilities to complete every job in the position it holds. This job demands to be completed on time with high pressure, so it is not uncommon for managerial to solve problems in their work. In solving problems, it is not uncommon for a managerial to forget spiritual intelligence in solving problems or providing solutions in every job from superior and subordinate Structure in Company especially mining industry. Managerial Level must have good as to Characteristic leadership and the cotemporary spiritual intelligence for sustainable better for future especially in Mining Industry. Then more The contemporary spiritual intelligence measure the cores of critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness and conscious state expansion. This core spiritual intelligence however does not represent the Islamic perspective in general.  this study will reading through and analyzing 20 peer-reviewed journal articles  to shape the Islamic spiritual intelligence. The aim of this paper is to have Managerial Level Sustainable positive relationship other moderating and mediating variables which have an effect on the relationship of spiritual intelligence and organizational performance. spiritual  intelligence  with measuring Islamic Spiritual Intelligences (ISI) Quotient in Mining Industry which majority employee Managerial Position level in Mining Company as Muslim Religions.
