Abstract
In this paper we investigate the correlation between Hexaco-100 personality traits and supply chain contracting behavior. We consider a simple one-supplier-one-retailer supply chain under linear consumer demand. We analyze contracting decisions in comparison with the personality traits data. We study 6 personality dimensions which are honest-humility, emotionality, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience.
