Abstract

With the increasing concern for environmental sustanability over the last few years and the proliferation of international standards and agreements,environmental policies and practices need to be implemented by the oganizations.Various departments of the organizations have started following the Go Green movement and human resource management has recently the joined the movement.The integration of environmental management and human resource management is termed as "Green human resource management". The study of Green HRM is still at its nascent stage,so there is a need to understand the factors leading to its adoption and implementation.In response to the above concern, the paper presents a thematic analysis of drivers of green human resourcemanagement using Systematic Literature Review.The findings highlight drivers of Green HRM both at individual and organizational level and provides a guidance for future researchers and practioners.
